We cooperate with GLS/ DPD and other international carriers and guarantee that your order reaches you safely and securely. As long as those carriers can reach your place, we can ship our products there.

What if my bike has been delivered and I no longer want it ?
If you purchase a bike and change your mind you must contact us within 14 days of delivery at email, to express your intention to return your bike. Items must then be returned within 28 days of purchase.
Unwanted bikes must be returned unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. You can either mail the bike back to us yourself or we can come and collect it. Collecting a bike will cost you USD 45 for International customers (this will be deducted from your refund amount)
If you decide to return the bike yourself, please make sure you get a proof of return as we cannot be held responsible for the goods lost or damaged in transit.
No refunds can be made until the goods are received and checked by our team so there may be a slight delay in processing your return.
We understand that it is important that your new bike arrives safely, which is why we do everything we can to make sure nothing happens to your new bike.
This is what we do:
When packaging your bike, we always use twice as much bubble wrap than what is necessary, protecting your bike from any damage while in transit. We also use foam on the forks to give your bike that extra bit of protection.
Any small parts or extras are packaged in a separate box with your bike to protect it from any scrapes.
We us plastic covers to protect delicate parts of your bike.
We seal and mark all of our boxes with fragile tape, to ensure people are aware.
All bikes are built up by mechanics and double checked to make sure they are in perfect condition. Our mechanics perform PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) checks on every bike before sending them out.
To get your bike in the box we have to take off the handlebars and the front wheel, but these are easy for you to put back on at home.
